The following website and proprietary disclaimer applies to works submitted by artists to Ryan Larsen t/as ToTarTu, and includes collaborative works with other artists. This disclaimer is implied and assumed as agreed by any natural person or company.

You give this material in the understanding that it may be reproduced, broadcast, communicated and adapted which may or may not result in publicity for you. You also acknowledge and accept that as Ryan Larsen and/or Totartu, obtains this material to mix, remix and transform the original material into a potentially new and original work whose ownership vests in Ryan Larsen (except for the Berlin Buskers Project: The Project – Berlin Buskers by ToTarTu (2013) is a project conceived by Ryan Larsen, t/as ToTarTu. The project intends to provide a forum for promotion of collaborative works created jointly by Buskers from Berlin, who offer their live performances recorded on location with their permission by ToTarTu.

ToTarTu, Music producer, contributes remixing, production and digital distribution to the project and through his website www.totartu.com, will promote the works created in the project as well as provide active and current links to promotional information on the internet for the contributing buskers.

The promotion of the works will include photos and video footage taken on location at the time of the original live performance.

I, Ryan Larsen, hereby state that any proceeds resulting directly from sale or distribution of the collaborative works created in the project will be equally shared between myself and the contributing artist for each work.).

The intellectual property rights in any materials including, copyright works, digital files, music or sound recordings (performed live, whether mixed, original or otherwise), images, photos, videos or software, whether recorded via live performance, provided physically, digitally or in any manner by or to Ryan Larsen, Totartu, or a representative or agent of the same, may be recorded, reproduced, published and used as part of a new transformative work.

By providing this material or allowing a performance to be recorded, by your performance, or by providing or sending material, you unequivocally consent to the use of your material for potential publication, broadcast, whether mixed, remixed, or the use and transformation of the material into a new and original work which vests solely in Ryan Larsen.

You hereby acknowledge and accept that the nature of sound recording mixing, remixing, and the images associated or added, may alter the material, and or copyright work, that you provided and that you waive your moral rights in order that the new and or transformative work can be created and commercialised.

This release/waiver is evidence of your acceptance of these terms and is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and any disputes to her Courts of Law (including appeal Courts).
